Switching from live classes to E-platform Terms & Conditions.
The Participant originally enrolled in Moroccan Darija lessons via Zoom under a previous contract with the Provider. Due to current circumstances, the Participant agrees to transition to learning via the Provider’s online platform.
Agreement
- Transfer of Remaining Hours
- The Participant has a remaining balance of ……. hours of lessons.
- These ……. hours will now be consumed through the Provider’s online platform instead of live Zoom sessions.
- Lifetime Access to the Platform
- The Participant will have access to the platform for as long as it remains active.
- This access allows the Participant to study anytime, anywhere, at their own pace.
- Validation of This Agreement
- This agreement replaces the previous arrangement for live Zoom classes.
- All other terms and conditions from the original contract remain in effect unless modified by this document.
- Effective Date
- This change is effective from [Date].
- Technical Requirements
- The Participant agrees to ensure that they have the necessary technical equipment and internet connectivity to access the online platform effectively.
- Support and Assistance
- The Provider will offer technical support during regular business hours (from 8:00 AM to 7:40 PM) via chat to assist the Participant with any questions regarding the courses and the platform.
- Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during the course of this agreement.
- Prohibition on Sharing Access
- The Participant agrees not to share their access credentials or allow third parties, especially competitors, to use the online platform. Any violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
- Amendments
- Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing below, the Participant agrees to these terms and confirms their understanding of the transition.
